Spotlight: Pulled up in three consecutive races before a Punchestown third that provides some hope; worth noting he was a 13-2 chance then, despite his dismal recent profile.

Spotlight: Downpatrick maiden hurdle winner last year for John McConnell; arguably her best run for this stable when second in a mares' conditions race at Wexford nine days ago; form of her previous Punchestown fourth will be tested when the winner and second clash again in the 3.00 event.

Spotlight: Dual Flat winner in Germany; 0-8 over hurdles; solid performances when third at Bellewstown in August and at Navan in September, well fancied on both occasions; not quite as effective on softer ground at Sligo last time; definite chance.

Spotlight: Some maiden hurdle ability when with Gavin Cromwell; stepped up markedly on previous handicap efforts when beaten a neck over this trip at Gowran early last month; not quite as effective over further at Limerick last time, faded in the closing stages; can feature

Spotlight: Not seen since winning a 2m6f maiden at Tramore in June 2024 for Michael Bowe; now with Harry Kelly; well-related gelding might be well enough handicapped; fair chance if his fitness holds up.

Spotlight: Point winner in May; soundly beaten twice since second in a weak maiden at Sligo in August.

Spotlight: Placed in three of her four points for Trevor Horgan; second in a weak maiden at Tramore last month; may slot into handicaps effectively on this mark.

Spotlight: Moderate form overall; his 9l third of 16 over C&D in January was a decent effort; had a veterinary excuse for poor chase run here next time; absent since pulled up at Limerick in April; not a big price then, worth a market check.

Spotlight: Point-to-point winner; has been absent since early last season; best watched here against that background.

Spotlight: Undistinguished maiden form; cheekpieces on for handicap debut; in good hands and still early days; worth a market check.

Spotlight: Off since last December; won a handicap hurdle on heavy at Clonmel early the same month; probably vulnerable against younger, race-fit rivals.

Spotlight: There have been signs of ability, but he has looked a difficult ride on more than one occasion; error-prone, has raced too keenly and shown a tendency to hang to the left; second reserve.

Spotlight: Off for almost a year before last month's run, when towards the rear in a Punchestown event in which Diamond Tipp was fourth; unlikely to improve her 1-29 hurdles record.

Spotlight: Twice second in points; set an unrealistic task last time, when a 150-1 chance in a novice event at Listowel; could be of some interest in this grade; first reserve.

Spotlight: Down the field in two handicap attempts last season; transformation is required on return.

Spotlight: Tailed off on handicap debut at Gowran, remote tenth at Punchestown three weeks ago; blinkers added; not one of the more obvious contenders.

Spotlight: Very hard to make a case for him on the evidence of five maiden runs last season over a range of distances; first run for Adam Leahy.

Spotlight: Unfancied when in rear on handicap debut at Downpatrick last month; third reserve.

Spotlight: Placed on the Flat during the summer when competing on a basement 40 rating; very little in his hurdles form to inspire confidence.
